How to retrieve your NIN and Digital NIMC Card
Please be informed that Chaka does not accept NIN slip as a means of verification. To retrieve your NIN, kindly follow these steps:
Step 1: Retrieve your NIN conveniently through the NIMC’s USSD service using your mobile phone
i. dial *346#
ii. from the options displayed, select “NIN Retrieval”, by typing in ‘1’, if you are using the same phone number you enrolled with for your NIN
iii. follow the steps displayed on your screen and provide the required inputs
Note that using this service attracts a N20 charge (deducted from your phone credit balance)
Step 2: Download your digital NIMC card
Once you have your NIN number you can download your digital NIMC card from the NIMC portal (attracts a N1,200.63 charge).
Follow the steps below to retrieve:
i. Download the NIMC mobile app via this link: https://nimcmobile.app/
ii. Enter your NIN ID no
iii. An OTP would be sent to the phone number registered with the NIN
iv. Enter the OTP and create a security pin for your app
v. Once logged in select ‘Print NIN Slip’
vi. Select ‘Print Premium Slip’
vii. Click ‘Pay with Remita’ and select your preferred payment option
viii. Once payment is done click on ‘Download NIN Slip’ (It would be downloaded in a PDF format as seen in the image below)
